I’m Kristian Matthews-Kennington, a Market Operations Improvement Analyst and e-commerce entrepreneur based in Yorkshire.

My work sits where operations, digital tools and creative systems overlap. I enjoy untangling the thing everyone has learned to work around, then rebuilding it so the better route feels obvious.

That might mean a process map, KPI rhythm or SharePoint experience at work; a Shopify journey, brand system or product concept outside it. The thread is always the same: clarity, character and measurable usefulness.

How I work

Improvement sticks when the system respects both the data and the people doing the work.

  1. Find the signal

    Start with the real friction.

I listen for repeated workarounds, unclear decisions and missing feedback, not just the loudest request.

  2. Shape the system

    Make complexity legible.

I connect process, data, language and interface design into one route people can actually follow.

  3. Prove the change

    Measure what became better.

I build in ownership, useful indicators and review points so the improvement keeps moving after launch.
